Crisis in a Crunch - First time in a crisis committee? Not to worry. This crash course in how to create character arcs, gather resources, and lead committee into organized chaos will help you find your footing in any crisis committee and will give you a leg up in the committee ahead.
General Advice for GAs - A quick refresher course for the flow of committee, what we expect from Empire delegates, how to format resolutions, and where to look for solutions and funding. Whether you’re a long-time veteran or new to the scene, we’re here to answer any questions and help you reach new Model UN heights.

Speak it into Existence - Having some trouble forming your thoughts or making speeches up on the spot? This workshop led by former and current NYU Travel Team members will help you hone your public speaking skills. Focusing on condensing speeches into main arguments, captivating the room’s attention, and being ready for a speech in a flash, this workshop is sure to give you extra power.

College and Career Panel - Whether you have questions about admissions to any university, New York University, college life, or careers in politics, international relations, and public policy—we have the answers (or at least advice). With students from diverse majors and career trajectories, we can help you feel more confident about entering college. A Q&A portion will be available at the end to make sure that every delegate has their question answered.
