On behalf of our Executives and Directorate, welcome to our 13th edition of EmpireMUNC! We are thrilled to invite you to our largest and most ambitious conference yet. This year, we’ve expanded our committee offerings, introduced exciting new committee mechanics and offerings, and reaffirmed our commitment to contribute to the mission of EmpireMUNC. Whether this is your first conference or you are attending as a seasoned delegate, we’re sure we have committees that will engage you at every level. We can’t wait to welcome you to New York City!

Our Mission

For more than a decade, we have been in the business of turning students into leaders. EmpireMUNC is the most recent step of our journey. EmpireMUNC strives to engage politically-minded high school students with the opportunity to apply their studies to the problems and crises facing the world today. Our hope, is that through today's trials, they may rise to become tomorrow's leaders.

Why EmpireMUNC?

• Immersion - Our staff consist of NYU’s award-winning Travel Team, combining competitive excellence with experience and with committees designed with debate and discourse in mind.

• Innovation - We strive to present the most engaging committees, and we are glad to announce our first ever non-traditional crisis, combining additional mechanics and advanced debate for our seasoned delegates, as well as three Ad Hoc committees!

• Integration - EmpireMUNC isn’t just in New York, we’re a part of New York, and we try to connect delegates with the city, its culture, and its global community, to help contribute to the city we love!
