Pricing information

The overall cost of an attending delegation is the Delegation Fee + (No. of Delegates x Cost per Delegate), determined by the registration period. For example, an early registration of 12 delegates would be 200 + (12 x 90) = $1,280.

In cases where we permit the addition of delegates, we will allow you to do so at the per-delegate pricing of the registration period at which you registered without an additional delegate fee.

We do not charge for advisors or chaperones.

independent delegates

If you are applying as an independent delegate without school backing, you can have a maximum of 2 delegates registered under an advisor/chaperone. Independent delegates get a $100 waiver off their delegation fee. For example, Early Registration of 1 delegate = 125 + 90 - 100 = $115.
