Registration for EMPIREMUNC XIII is now OPEN! We are now in the Regular Registration phase until October 5, 2026.

registration requirements

  • All participating delegates must be enrolled in a high school (or equivalent) program and within the age range of 13-19

  • There has to be a minimum of one (1) advisor for every delegation

  • We, at most, permit a delegate to advisor ratio of 25 to 1

  • There is no maximum capacity for delegates nor advisors

  • Advisors can be any supervisor aged 18+, including parents or guardians

  • Advisors will be informed about further actions regarding their delegation’s participation via email correspondence

  • Registrants will be permitted to add delegates by a deadline specified in a follow-up email

waitlist

In the event that the number of delegates in our registered delegations exceeds the capacity of the conference, every additional delegation that registers will be placed on our waitlist. Do not fret, due to demand we have expanded our conference’s capacity to 150% of EmpireMUNC XII.

Delegations on our waitlist have historically been very successful in being accepted into our conference, we do not expect this to change.
